Alison Small - Executive Director
Alison Small has worked in the Factoring and invoice finance industry for over 15 years. She is a board Director of the company and is responsible for the northern region.
Alison has over 20 years experience within business banking and financial services, the last 17 of which have been within the invoice finance and asset based lending sectors. She was appointed an Executive Director in 1996. Her many roles have included Sales Director, Commercial Director and latterly responsibility across both Operations and Sales for the northern region.
Alison was also appointed Managing Director of City Invoice Finance Limited following Venture Finance’s acquisition in 2006.
Her current role is to further develop Venture’s business and operations in the North and Midlands.
